SCENIC Enabler Grant
The SCENIC Enabler Grant is designed to support Sabah-based startups, entrepreneurs, and innovators in gaining exposure and opportunities at national and international platforms. This includes participation in festivals, conferences, pitching competitions, exhibitions, and training programs that will accelerate their growth and strengthen Sabah’s position in the global innovation and creative economy.
What it can be used for?
Registration fees for events/competitions
Travel (domestic/international flights, local transportation)
Accommodation during event participation
What it cannot be used for?
Personal consumption
Salaries
Entertainment
Debt repayment
Key Information
Applicant's Eligibility
Sabah-based individuals, startups, or registered organizations (SSM, ROS, NGO, or relevant authority).
Proof of acceptance, invitation, or registration for the event must be provided.
Applicants must be directly involved in the event (as participant, speaker, exhibitor, or competitor).
Only one application per entity/individual per year.
Application Requirements
Completed Application Form (Appendix A).
Proof of acceptance/invitation/registration for the event.
Detailed budget breakdown with quotations/invoices (if available).
Applicant/organization profile (CV, company profile, or portfolio).
