National Fintech Codeathon 2022

ABOUT
National Fintech Codeathon 2022 is a student-led hackathon event that focuses on Financial Technology (Fintech). Over the course of 4 days from 19th to 22nd February 2022, participants will work together in a team of 3 to come up with a solution based on real world Fintech problems based on education, payment, and business.
Other than the exciting hackathon event, talks from expert speakers in the field of financial technology and Azure fundamental training will be conducted to all participants. During the event, mentors from various technology and finance industries will assist the participants in coming out with their solution.

FAQ
Yes, as long as you are enrolled in a Malaysian higher education institute such as university or college, you are eligible to join the event.
Yes, there is a registration fee of RM 30 per team.
This hackathon will begin on 19th February 2022 (Saturday) and will end on 22nd February 2022 (Tuesday).
Yes, you may join but you will have to pay RM30 as we will consider it as a team. Do note that this is a coding hackathon and you must have knowledge in coding.
Yes, as long as you have at least one programmer in your team.
Definitely. This hackathon will be great experience for you to immerse in fintech.
We will also invite speakers to give talks before the hackathon begin.
Nonetheless, a little reading preparation on your part is recommended.
The problem statements will only be revealed during the event day. The problem statement will be based on Education, Payment, and Business.
